Website design (UI/UX)
Gripp Advisory
THE REQUEST
The board of directors of Gripp Advisory started focusing on the quality of their online presence and realized that their website was not working for them. It was not SEO friendly, had very long loading times, and was text-heavy with limited white spaces and illustrations or images.
THE PROCESS
I decided to do a clean install of WordPress and used the blank ‘Hello’ theme which is the default Elementor Pro theme. I got rid of all their unnecessary plugins and used advanced custom fields to create their insights space.
The website was completely revamped and given a much more modern look and is rated ‘A’ on GTmetrix with the server in South Africa.
They needed a modern website which would show their very high level of professionalism. Their website also had to be performing at an optimal speed to avoid any bottleneck in their SEO strategy.

Website design (UI/UX)
Lightspeed Wireless
THE REQUEST
Gavin had a 1-page website with static information and wanted a revamp of the whole thing. The idea was to create something more modern, fluid with a modern and minimalist way of showing all the offers on 1 screen so that the website visitors would be able to easily compare packages.
THE PROCESS
We went with a classic website design and applied a lot of modern graphic touches to enhance the visual of the website. We have multiple CTAs throughout the website linking to the services page which boasts a very simple yet modern pricing table for the internet packages and a content switcher for the VoIP packages.

Demo cleaning company
THE REQUEST
We decided to build a demo website to showcase what we could do for a business in the cleaning industry or something similar. The objective was to design a website that communicates well and has a good UX and navigation between different services pages.
THE PROCESS
We put a lot of emphasis on the consistency of the brand throughout the website and with optimized pillar content pages for the services with a great navigational menu to easily swap from one page to another. The website is also completely optimized for browsing on mobile devices.

Website design (UI/UX)
Reunimer
THE REQUEST
Reunimer is a group in Reunion Island that specializes in selling fresh fish. They had multiple websites for each entity under the corporate umbrella and wanted to create something more centralized with a consistent brand.
THE PROCESS
We recreated various graphic assets inspired by their logos and existing assets and created a whole new set of assets to be used throughout the website for more consistency. The website was exceptionally built on Wix as per their internal requirements. We were able to accomplish a great UX design and setup their recipes, resources and products archive using the blog taxonomies and products archive functionalities.

Website design (UI/UX)
Vele engineering
THE REQUEST
The client needed a basic website and, as part of their strategic plan, had allocated a small budget to the design of their website and remastering of their logo. They had no specific demands with respect to their website design and wanted to keep it simple.
THE PROCESS
This is the perfect example of a WordPress website that is built on one of the numerous templates available in the WordPress repository. this is usually done for many websites and most usually for smaller budgets. These templates however cover all the basics of a website. The templates were applied to the design, we did a write-up for their services sections, refined their logo slightly, and published the website within 1 week.
